‘My husband and I are so incredibly excited and overjoyed to announce that we have a baby on the way,’ she wrote on her app.

‘The journey to get here hasn’t been easy and this little life is the greatest gift and we feel truly blessed and grateful that we will have a little angel of our own.

‘We have both dreamt of this for a long time and whilst the last 2.5 years have been physically and emotionally challenging, there’s nothing we would change as it’s brought us to this beautiful moment.

‘The immense love we already have for our baby is indescribable and we can’t wait to meet our little miracle.’

As she adjusts to pregnancy, Jesinta recently told The Daily Telegraph’s Body and Soul, that she’s ’embracing the weight gain, stretch marks and cellulite.’

The former Cadbury spokesmodel also said that while she’s managed to avoid hormonal breakouts so far, her skin has become dry.

‘I have noticed how the texture of my skin has changed, though, and how dry it has been, so I’m having to change up the products I’m using,’ she explained.

Jesinta revealed that she’s had to spend plenty of time sleeping and resting following a difficult start to her pregnancy.

‘I’m sleeping in a lot more which has been a nice change,’ she explained.

‘I’ve never been one to lounge around the house but I’ve had no choice but to slow down — I’ve learnt to listen to my body.’

Earlier this month, the WAG made her first public appearance since announcing her pregnancy at Myer’s 2019 Spring Style Edit event in Melbourne.

Speaking to Daily Mail Australia at the event, she confessed that pregnancy had been a difficult journey for her so far.

‘I’ve spent more time in bed and on the couch than I’ve actually [been] outdoors in the sunshine,’ she said. ‘But I’m feeling much better now.’

Jesinta said her husband Buddy was ‘over the moon’ about welcoming their first child together.

‘He’s very, very excited,’ she gushed. ‘It’s something we’ve dreamed of for such a long time and spoken about a lot so we’re really excited.’

She also revealed that the couple already know the gender of the baby, but are keeping it private.
