Blasted: Kelly Brook came under fire for claiming some working mothers use their children as an ‘excuse’ to skip deadlines or miss work during Monday’s Loose Women

She admitted: ‘I have a pet hate, and I don’t have children so I don’t always understand, but I do work with some women that if they can’t make an appointment or can’t do something, or there is a deadline and some people will always say “oh it’s because I have to wash the baby” or “feed the kids” or “I’ve got to do the school run”.

‘Others have kids and you never even hear about the kids. They are very professional and I love that.’

‘I just think women shouldn’t use kids as an excuse not to do their job properly. I think it’s nobody’s business. If you can’t meet the demands of your job, don’t blame your kids.’

‘I did have a bad experience but I’ve had a lot of great things happen to me. But I am yet to meet a woman who has it all. I’m yet to meet a woman that has it all.’

On the move: Kelly was seen out with her boyfriend Jeremy – who Kelly also spoke about on the show, revealing that their relationship is so strong because they started out as friends

Kelly spoke about her relationship with Jeremy during Monday’s show, explaining: ‘I’ve been in those relationships that are lust filled in the beginning, butterflies. That doesn’t last and it starts going away and it’s quite empty.

‘With Jeremy, we didn’t really have that. We were friends then we had a relationship.I had fallen in love with him over time, the longer we’re together the better it is.

‘He had to prove that he wasn’t who I had dated in the past, because I dated the same person. And he said “Not everyone is like that I’m a good man”. He does things that warms my heart, I know it’s really soppy.’
